What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I am trying to match an encounter (f1a650a5-5053-4c94-a3b5-96b6dd4dd7f0) using the HotSpotter and Pose-Invariant algorithms and keep getting the following error: there was an error with task e4c41d4d-a96a-48b2-ba89-327e7c2ec93e: unknown error. This is occurring in both Chrome and Firefox.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

  • Open encounter f1a650a5-5053-4c94-a3b5-96b6dd4dd7f0
  • Select ‘match’ or ‘start another match’
  • Click boxes for both algorithms and select ‘match’
  • New tab opens and error is displayed

Hi @StephVenables

Azure is one-by-one forcing us to manually restart our servers. They might be pushing a security fix or some other software. Without the restart, the connection to the machine learning server breaks and causes this issue.

MantaMatcher just needed a restart, and it is now back to normal. Here is the match re-run.

Please re-run matches and let me know if the issue reoccurs.
