In which Wildbook did the issue occur? Manta Matcher

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) MacOs 10.11.16

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome 88.0.4324.182

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) researcher

What happened? Cannot assign encounter to existing individual but can make it as a new one. This makes two individuals for this ID " INNLP0274A"

What did you expect to happen? be able to assign encounter to existing individual

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? this is the link: MantaMatcher

should be: INNLP0274A

Species wasn’t set on the Encounter, so it was not presenting individuals because it tries to keep the matching set of typeahead within the species.

After I set Mobula alfredi, it allows the correct individual to be selected.
