Can't delete encounter with missing submitter ID

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I accidentally bulk imported a spreadsheet without a field for “Encounter.submitterID”. Now, when I press edit in the Metadata, I cannot delete these encounters.

One of the encounters has “Wildme username” as the “Encounter.submitterID” and now it won’t let me access that encounter.

I want to delete all of these encounters that were bulk imported, but it does not let me delete the encounters in the metadata.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @Kaci

When an encounter doesn’t have a user assigned to it, only someone with the admin role can edit it. However, since this was part of a bulk import, you can delete the encounters in this import from the bulk import’s page.

You should see a Delete ImportTask button at the bottom of your import table. After you delete the import, you can update the spreadsheet and import it again with the submitter ID included.
