Can't see image in Add annotation window

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
There are 2 images in this encounter - a left profile and a right profile. I successfully manually added an annotation to the left profile image. But when I select Add annotation for the other image (right profile), the image doesn’t display:

Hi @ACWadmin1,

This image had these special characters in the filename: []
Filename: 20210430_064943[1].jpg

These can cause errors in parts of the code.

The workaround is to delete the image and re-upload the image without the [] in the filename.

The good news is that you should not see these issues after your next upgrade. We already have file name sanitization (remove special characters) ready to go.

Completely my fault for not catching the special characters in the file name. Glad you have something in the works to fix my mistakes! Thanks @jason
