Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Three images were imported but after import was completed, there was a mention that these 3 images were “broken” so I had to remove them from the encounter and add new ones that worked for 2 of them. The third one, I removed the encounter. Then I wanted to launch detection on the whole bulk import but the button was not there anymore. I think that’s because detection was sent automatically on the 2 images - that went through detection although I did not “order” it. Now I can’t send the rest of the images through detection.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

This isn’t letting me restart detection with my usual tools. I’ll need more time to follow up with you on this.

Hi Anastasia,

It looks like it all went through - detection and identification…!

Normally, the option “send to identification” should still be visible and it’s not the case there.

After I changed the broken images (although I could open them on my computer and the format was .jpg), detection was sent automatically on the images and now I can’t send the rest of the bulk import to detection.

The previous bulk import where I had the issue, I also still cannot resend to ID

I just re-sent this one to ID. Let me know if it doesn’t progress.

I need a little more time to fix this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Hi Anastasia,

I don’t think it worked as the bulk import is still on 5/100 detection, the 5 being the encounters I had to add new images to.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll continue working on getting both imports to detection and ID.
