Can't zoom in on photos in an encounter page

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Is there a way to zoom in on a whale in an image in the encounter page? Sometimes a match requires further inspection of other images of the same whale, so when I click on a possible match (e.g. 1307 here Wildbook ), it goes to the encounter page, but I can’t zoom in to the other photos of this individual. Unless I am missing something, it seems that this matching software is not providing a way to actually examine possible matches.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

When you go to the new encounter, click on the square icon in the corner of the encounter image:

Then use the zoom in/zoom out icons in the corner to get a better look at the candidate.

So that wasn’t showing up for me before, but I see it now with a different encounter. When I did click on the square icon, it takes me to the image, but there is a red box around the whale (for making a new annotation or deleting it). How do I make that go away so that I can see the whale?

You should see a slider for showing and hiding annotations in the right side bar of the enlarged encounter image:
