Change pictures name in the section "Photo Review" of a Flukebook Bulk Import

What happened?
When I want to upload my pictures for my Bulk imports, the name of the picture is for example presented like this “Expe_2024_1_S/Ks.Expe2024.1.D22A8524.JPG”
rather than “Ks.Expe2024.1.D22A8524.JPG”. So I can not continue when i send my excel Bulk import, because Flukebook can not do the link between the pictures I’ve uploaded, and the picture name displayed. Yet, the picture name is correctly whrote in my Bulk import folder. So I have this problem for these Bulk import :

  • Expe_2024_1_S
  • Expe_2024_2_C

What did you expect to happen?
I wanted that for the previously mentioned Bulk import, the name of the downloaded photos be written like this :

  • “Ks.Expe2024.1.” for pictures of Bulk Import : excel_bulk_import_1_2024_Ks
  • “Ks.Expe2024.2.” for pictures of Bulk Import : excel_bulk_import_2_2024_Ks

Hi @lsimon

I’ve not seen the issue you described before. Are you not able to click on the Accept and move on button from this page? Because this preview page lists every photo your account has ever bulk imported, This might not necessarily block you from finishing your import if you’re able to proceed from this page.

Hello ! Ok it’s strange because I’ve tried again doing the same operations and now it work.

No worries; bulk import is still in beta, so sometimes issues resolve themselves when you restart the workflow. Let me know if you run into the same issue again.
