Data split from images in encounters

What happened? Ecnounter data is split from image file, which is in a separate encounter

What did you expect to happen? Picture should be with the encounter.

This is an individual with 1 encounter, but the image file is in a blank encounter and the data is in a different encounter?? I think we found this before but didnt really have a way to search the whole database for this issue. So resurfacing here.

Thanks for the example. Do you recall if you’ve seen this with older data or more recent uploads? It looks like the encounters in question were uploaded back in 2013. If you happen to find additional examples, please post them here so we can start finding a common thread and try to find them all at once.

yes I think its mostly old data that was used as the foundation for Flukebook originially. There was a larger catalogue, which was annotated by me, but the pictures belonged to others. My assumption is this is reflected in the split, where the data has been striped from the pictures because the metadata is under my account, while the picture was in public submission for those images that do not belong to specific accounts

Some either used to have accounts that were lost at some point, or never had full flukebook accounts
