What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

I was trying to delete Shawn Harper’s user account(s) but was not able to.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
try deleting the account. I also just took away all of his roles. However, I am not sure what actually has been preserved. I no longer want him to have access to any parts of the admin parts of the database.
