Is the user trying to delete a single encounter from this import or delete the entire bulk import altogether? If it’s just the encounter, which one is it?
It looks like the bulk import has been deleted so we will work with the user to resubmit the entire bulk import.
Can you show me how we can delete a specific encounter and then have the bulk import proceed without resubmitting the entire bulk import? (per you instructions here; Bulk imports stuck in Whiskerbook )
I am not aware of any way that a system user of any level can restart a stuck bulk import. This would be useful and help to lessen the work load on you if we could do this.
Nothing special here! You just need to open the encounter you want removed and then delete it from the encounter page like normal (click the Edit button in the Metadata section and then click Delete Encounter? button).
Restarting stuck detections is intentionally not user-facing to prevent undue strain on WBIA and because not all stuck detections require it. Once we determine that there isn’t an underlying cause for the detection to have gotten stuck (invalid images, invalid taxonomy, etc.) then we consider resubmitting an import through detection.
