Bulk imports stuck in Whiskerbook

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
Several bulk imports from different users appear to be stuck at different stages of Image Analysis

  1. Detection stuck at 31/49 complete for several days now:

  2. Detection kicked off several days ago but showing as 0/106 complete:

    What did you expect to happen? For all of these bulk imports to complete running through IA without
    getting stuck.

I re-sent this to detection and it’s now complete.

If you look below the import table, there’s an error with the photo listed:

When there’s an error with an image, it prevents detection from completing for the rest of the import. The image may be corrupt or it’s not a valid file. The should double-check the image and try their import again, or delete the encounter from the import so the rest of the encounters can finish processing.

This is complete. I re-sent the stuck encounter through ID.

I also re-sent these to ID and they’re now complete.
