What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I pulled up this encounter to check on something else, and noticed that many of the photos I had originally removed from it were back. (I had removed them because there were multiple individuals submitted in one encounter.) I removed them again, but you can see in the metadata section when I initially removed them, and then when I removed some of them a second time today. Strange! Not sure if it’s related to the recent upgrade, but because we’ve been keeping an eye on things since then to see if anything funny is going on, I thought I’d mention it.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Possibly other encounters with removed photos might have had them added back, but I’m not sure…
