What happened?
Tried to send through detection and its stalled. I’m assuming some error in the spreadsheet that I haven’t identified. Also doesn’t seem like all media has fed into detection however it appeared in the bulk import process. Have sent the spreadsheet over.
What did you expect to happen?
Detection then identification.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Send uploader though bulk import process.
Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! I’ll need a little more time to help get this one unstuck. I’ll update here as soon as soon as it’s out of detection purgatory.
Thanks for your patience. It looks like two of the images in the import are corrupt. When there’s an issue with any images in a bulk import, it halts detection for the entire import.
Normally, I’d recommend removing the image from the encounter so you can unblock detection on the remaining encounters, however I noticed that your bulk import table shows 72 encounters instead of the 135 in your spreadsheet, so there could have been an import issue that prevented the remaining encounters from uploading.
Do you mind deleting this import and trying to re-import it again?
