Did not receive automated emails for new encounters

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? SAS USA

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Windows

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Firefox

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin researcher

What happened? I uploaded three new encounters and did not get automatic emails notifying me.

What did you expect to happen? I usually get an email anytime a new encounter is uploaded

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

I check our email dashboard and it looks like we received an unsubscribe request back in August. I’ve manually reset it for you, but you’ll want to double-check that a) you aren’t accidentally unsubscribing and b) check your email’s spam filtering because it could try and proactively block incoming messages if it thinks the message frequency is a result of spam.
