I was trying to download a large mark-recapture dataset, with 120 sessions (sampling periods), on Sharkbook, and received the following error message:
It looks like the export was too large and it timed out before it could finish exporting. Can you post the URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
I’d already closed the tab unfortunately. It takes a long time to set up, so I won’t recreate it, but I’ll try using fewer sessions and post the URL if that doesn’t work.

It worked fine with 72 sessions.
