In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
Internet of Turtles

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
MacOS Ventura 13.4

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

What happened?
I wanted to edit information for an encounter supporting the managing researcher ORP-Kenya, but could not edit the details. This is the case for all encounters assigned to one of the sublocations for Kenya.

What did you expect to happen?
Me being able to edit.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
See for example these encounter:

I think editing is not possible, because to the ORP account (Olive Ridley Project, attached to my email) has Kenya listed in “Roles for Turtles” but not the individual sublocations like Galu, Milele etc.

Could this be amended please?

Hi @ORP-StephanieK

Do you have an edit collaboration with ORP-Kenya? I tested this with my own accounts and verified that an org admin in the same org as another user couldn’t edit another encounter without a collaboration.

Edit collaboration request has been send, but hasn’t been accepted yet as I thought it had been quite some time ago. Thank you for clarification.
