What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I’m trying to re-run identification on a bulk import against a new catalog of Western North Pacific Gray Whales that has recently been uploaded.

However, the new Encounter.locationID code “Sakhalin Island” that was used by our Russian colleagues in their bulk imports does not appear to be showing up in the lists of approved Location ID’s on both the bulk import results page and the Report an Encounter page.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

While the bulk import workflow accepts location IDs that aren’t in the system, they won’t appear in a Wildbook’s list of locations until we add it on the database level.

New location IDs have to be requested using the Feature Request post type so you can fill in the template and the details we need to add it. Once it’s been added, your colleagues will be able to select that location ID to run identification matches.
