We don’t appear to be receiving confirmation emails when we submit a new encounter
What did you expect to happen?
We used to receive confirmation emails to the email entered in the Submit an Encounter form, and that included the link to the encounter, but we no longer appear to be receiving those.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Submit a new encounter and monitor the email address that was used
