Encounter submission not working for SeadragonSearch- urgent!

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) both mine and users

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened? Error says your file cant be accessed

What did you expect to happen? submission to complete

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? submit some images

This may have resolved itself between the time you reported it and I tested it this morning. I was able to submit encounters both as a public user and as an admin.

Can you let me know if you’re still seeing submission issues?
