Encounter w/ annotation missing in match results but score provided?

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Selecting Image Scores & Individual Scores shows a result under each set of matches that shows a match result with a score but no image displays, and the green bar doesn’t allow us to click on it and try to connect to the source encounter; usually, when we see an encounter that’s been deleted, the link works but takes us to a “encounter not found” page.

Wondering what could have caused this?

This is super weird. The annotation associated with the id of that result has an identification status of, “pending”. I’ve filed a ticket for this one: WB-1656.
