What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Encounters did not have annotations. Added annotation to encounter, started matching process, and noticed things were slow. Ended up with the above error on the matching page. Encounter page just mentions no matchable detection (image below)
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
For encounters without any annotations on the grouperspotter site, added annotation, and started match process.
