What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? eg SeadragonSearch.org

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? Very slow, not getting results for encounters submitted days ago, and now this error message. I’m also getting a lot of 'Gave up trying to obtain results. Refresh page to keep waiting"

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing? try initiating a job

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Wildbook is catching up on the detections. Please let us know if you don’t see annotations within an hour.

The Encounters will need to be manually sent to ID.
