I am having an error “Request failed with status code 404.” This is appearing after clicking the button “Import” data when the images and and Spreadsheet have been inputted. I have deleted cached images and file, and still not working. Please advise.
In the meantime, can you verify that you completed a hard refresh in your browser while signed into Wildbook? My teammates are telling me that’s what this 404 error usually points to.
Thanks for your patience! There was a bug on the backend that was causing the error. I tested it after the fix with the spreadsheet and photos you sent me and it submitted correctly without errors. Can you try your import again, please?
