What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I’ve started processing some new images on Grouper Spotter after the new model was added and I’m getting an option to confirm no match which was not an option before but then when I click on that I get an error that
“Something went wrong with assigning the new name to the individual containing encounter ad3d94…”
Is this expected?
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @accfish

This is a known bug that was resolved in Wildbook 10.3.0. When GrouperSpotter gets upgraded to the latest version, you’ll no longer see this issue.

In the meantime, you can manage its ID by editing the Identity section on the encounter page.
