Error trying to view Match results

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) WIN 11

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome latest

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) Admin

What happened? Error message when trying to Inspect match results on multiple encounters

What did you expect to happen? I should be able to inspect match result

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

Are the missing inspection images only happening to matches for African wild dogs, or is it happening to other species, too?

I cannot check as I am travelling now.

It may also have been a network issue as I was on an airport WiFi.

Will check asap when I can.

I see the same error, too. I was curious if you noticed it with other species so it could help point us in the right direction for researching the issue. I’ll let you know if I have follow-up questions or an update.

ACW WBIA was in a “unhealthy” state and we restarted it.
