Error Updating Encounter: Please enter different ID

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?
What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3)
Windows 10
What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)
What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)
What happened?
When I select a match, I get a yellow error bar at the top of the window saying “Error updating encounter: Please enter a different Individual ID” but when I go back to the encounter page, its been correctly updated and emails go out to previous data holder with correct identification.
What did you expect to happen?

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to with the email subject line matching your bug report

Any chance you still have the link to that result so that I can try to reproduce it?


Once you match, the error goes away, and we havent been able to replicate it with another encounter yet. When it happens again, Ill be sure to not go ahead with the match and send links to encounters.
