Thanks for the screen recording! It looks like similar issues were previously reported but unresolved:
- Confirm match btw ID'd target & un-Id'd encounter - error msg but refresh pg shows ID updated
- Whiskerbook new ID error
- Error Updating Encounter: Please enter different ID
