What happened?
Attempting to match an encounter we have been unable to make it to any matches, matching either times out (1hr+)
or is met with one of several error codes, it has been acting like this consistently for 2 days (we haven’t been able to run matches on old seal encounters or newly uploaded encounters)
What did you expect to happen?
To see match results using MiewID and Hotspotter
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
From then counter page select the annotation > new match (USPacific, MiewID, Hotspotter)> Match> on the Results page select the project “howe sound”
