Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The program reports an error.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

1.I took a picture from a bulk imort of known lynx

2.Program placed annotation itself in the picture.

3.I started the command “start another match”

  1. An error occurs

Please note that I have tried:

  • comparing with the command visual mach and it works, I only see lynxes
  • I uplud same picture as seperate encounter and I repeted identificatio unsuccessfully

Hi @Stjepan

We found and fixed the configuration error. You should be able to match any data you have already submitted, and new Encounters will go on to ID correctly.
