I’m not sure what the SimpleMark Export refers to. Is that different than the Mark Recapture Export?

i meant to say that in the SimpleMark export file, session 14 is not incorrectly listed as “2023-09-01T00:00:00.000Z to 2023-09-13T23:59:59.000Z” (as it is in the MarkRecapture export file), but rather as session 14 with the date “2023-09-13 - 2023-09-13”. However, the SimpleMark file then contains no values at all, only the 38 sessions in the header are listed correctly.
I’m still not sure what the SimpleMark file you’re referring to is. Is it one of the export types available in ARW? If so, I don’t see an export type listed with that name. That’s what I meant when I tried to clarify if it was the same thing as the MarkRecapture file (which it sounds like it isn’t).

Hey @Felix.Stumpf I was working with Jason on this and we figured out you have two accounts in ARW under different email addresses. The query under the email address in your search is correct because there isn’t any data there that matches your search. We do get data if the search occurs for the other email address. I’ll message you separately so we can sort out which account to keep and consolidate any data if needed.

Sorry, I didn’t express myself clearly: I meant the Simple Mark-Recapture History file as an export file of the Individual Search Results, which now correctly contains all dates, but no binary capture history as such.
