What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I am trying to export the encounter table but it is giving me a failure message. Also - is there a way to just download one sighting? In the past, I would have to download every single encounter and then in Excel, filter for the data I wanted (because they weren’t in the correct order). Now it looks like I can’t do that. I can only select up to 50 records at a time. It does look like they are in order, so if the download would work, I could at least do it in batches.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I was able to download it, though it did take a few minutes for the download prompt to appear due to the number of encounters in this export. I’ve sent you an email with the Excel sheet attached.

For a Sighting export, you would go to Search > Sightings and if you have the Sighting ID/Occurrence ID, you would enter it in Collected Data Fields > Occurrence ID. I’m having trouble getting a test export to load, so let me know if you have trouble with it too, so I can escalate it to the devs.
