File names changing after upload

Hi all,

I am working in the reptile and amphibian workbook.

I uploaded 30 images, all with their own file name (eg. IMG_3213). However, now that they have been uploaded, their file number is completely random (eg. 42ec122f-5c30-4f40-bf93-046ba8acc323)

I really need the original name so I can upload data to the relevant individual.

Sorry if this is a repeat post! I haven’t seen something exactly similar. Please refer me to another post if that’s not the case.

Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! Your file name hasn’t changed; what you’re seeing is the encounter ID or sighting ID in the import table:

When you click on the link to your encounter and then click on your image, you’ll see the original file name displayed in the shadowbox:
