Flukebook loading error

Hello,

This is my first time opening the Flukebook website since 2025 and I have been having trouble with Flukebook loading identifications for my unassigned bottlenose dolphin pictures (Tursiops truncatus). When I filter all my unassigned dolphin pictures under Lei Lani Stelle metadata options from the Encounter search menu I am given unassigned dolphins that have not been identified. When I pick on those unassigned dolphins then I try to assign them by pressing match results, (The issue I am having is when I press match results) I am sent to a loading screen. It will load indefinitely giving me zero matches or unmatched. Am I doing it wrong? In the past this has seemed to work fine but I am not sure if there was a new update and there is another way I should be doing it. This is a picture of what the screen looks likes when loading. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

Can you share a link to one of the match results so I can take a look?

If this is from an old encounter, it’s possible that there was an error during ID and that it needs to be resent to identification. If this is a new encounter you uploaded, it’s possible that identification is still in progress and needs time to complete. I can troubleshoot easier if I have the encounter or match page link.
