What happened?
After running an encounter search, I ran a match for an individual. After about 10 minutes, the message ‘attempting to fetch results’ displayed rather than any potential matches. This message stayed and the match was never successfully run. My colleagues on other devices have seen the same. Link to the match: Flukebook

What did you expect to happen?
I expected the match to be run normally and view potential matches.

It’s possible that the system was under a higher load than usual and took a while to process the job.

The results page will automatically try to find results for a while, but if the job takes longer than expected you may have to come back later to the same page and refresh.
