Flukebook - Issue seems to be stuck loading match results where I “started another match” for an encounter in an existing ID (1317) yesterday. Land page suggests match is done but it will not load match results?
What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

It looks like there may have been a hiccup in the image analysis pipeline. I just re-ran the match on this annotation and got results back pretty quickly: Flukebook
Hey - related to this I am wondering if the “hiccup” is an issue with rerunning a match for an existing ID? There are a number of IDs we would like to revaluate against the whole catalogue using the FB algorithm but I dont want to make a lot of work for you/ myself if this isnt supported or there is an easier way to review the existing IDs in bulk…
No, this sort of thing may not always have a specific cause. If you start noticing a pattern of issues, let us know so we can figure out what’s behind it. But a missing match result on a single encounter is usually resolved by restarting the match.
I’m having the same issue, with some frequency now. I can rerun a match and get results but the issue is happening more frequently now so thought I’d report it. This is in Internet of Turtles. Thanks for the example, @GoBeach. Do you mind posting additional examples you see like this so we can research it further? Each match attempt has its own unique URL, so if you see this error on a match page, post the link here, then restart the match so you can continue your ID work without getting blocked while we investigate.
