Hi @maria, thanks for posting here!

You mentioned earlier that you were trying to export the data from the project but only the data you submitted was included. Do you have a collaboration with Isabella, the other user in the project? If you don’t this is likely why you’re not able to export data that relates to her encounters. You can check your collaboration status by visiting the My Account page in IoT.

Yes, I collaborate with her, we are part of the same project and I need the data she submitted to the platform too. How do I get them?

You should be able to export your project data by following these steps:

  1. Select Search > Encounter Search from the menu
  2. Scroll down to the Metadata filters section
  3. Select your project from the Project Name section
  4. Submit your search
  5. Click on the Export tab of the search results page to see all available formats to export your data.

If you’ve already followed these steps and still only see your own data in the exported file, please share the link to your search results page so I can look into this further.
