hi Anastasia,

is this one stuck or is there a long queue again?

Moved this to its own topic as the previous issue was resolved.

GiraffeSpotter WBIA was restarting itself several times this morning in response to the high number of users running Hotspotter over MiewID this week. Stalled jobs should be automatically picked up as the queue slowly completes.

Quick update: GiraffeSpotter WBIA cache has been cleared out and this import in now queued and waiting for ID.

I forgot to post here yesterday before heading into a meeting, but this was sent to detection and it looks like it’s currently queued for identification.

This import was only uploaded yesterday and is still processing. There are 700 encounters in this import, so it will take a while to complete. Best practice is to limit your imports to 100-200 encounters at a time to prevent a backlog.

All the other ones I have uploaded yesterday, are all done.

I’ve resent this import to detection. I’ll check on it again later today to make sure it has completed.

Detection is complete and this import is ready for ID.

Courtney tried to fix the excel sheet, and then uploaded it again, but no luck. Can you see what is wrong?

I re-sent this import to ID for all Luangwa regions.

What do you mean no luck? What happened when you tried to use the new spreadsheet? Can you email it to us so I have a point of reference? services@wildme.org

thanks I have sent you an email. It is still stuck in detection.

Detection is now complete. Per our email discussion, two of the media assets were missing their file extensions which prevented the import from completing detection.

Closing this thread as the original event that created stuck import has been long resolved. Please create a new support post for any new import-related issues.
