What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Our encounters originally had an NMS value of 0.4 which your team changed to 0.5 which solved the issue of cloning encounters. However, we are going back through the data to assign individuals names and are having to sift through all of the encounters including the cloned ones. Is there any way to bulk delete all of the cloned encounters? Or do they have to be deleted individually?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Under “My Encounters” I started at 3/11/2023 and instead of only having about 21 encounters for this date, there are around 62. This continues for most dates.

Hi @Kaci

We don’t currently have a way to delete multiple encounters at once that didn’t come from a bulk import (bulk imports can be deleted using the guidance in our help docs).

There is an open Feature Request for this if you want to add your support to increase the likelihood that it gets incorporated into a future release.
