How to commit the matching results of bulk import?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
We have completed the matching of a bulk import and need to know if there is an additional process to ‘commit’ the ID results to the database so these new encounters will be included in future matching.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
There does not seem to be any button or feature from the bulk import page that allows us to finalize the Identification/Matching process?
I’ve looked through the documentation and forum posts but can’t find a lead. Are we missing something?

No, once you’ve completed matching as usual from the encounter level, there aren’t any extra steps to take. The bulk import page is just for mass-managing detection and identification. Anything more granular than that is managed on the encounter page.

Just the act of uploading the encounters is what makes them potential match candidates for others whether or not they’ve been ID’d yet.
