What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? When I send an encounter report, I get an error - HTTP status 500? Internal server error

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Thanks for reporting this. I have found and fixed the configuration for “Tursiops sp”. This was misconfigured in our very new multi-feature, multi-species pipeline. I tried uploading your photo and now see successful submission and detection and matching being run. Please re-submit your sighting, and the system should behave as desired.

One additional note: the finFindR algorithm is temporarily intermittent. Might be another week. We are in the midst of upgrading it. The CurvRank algorithm should be unaffected.
