IA processing on bulk imports is really slow

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

We’re seeing that IA jobs that were kicked off more than 24hrs ago are still processing. They’re showing as “averaging a turnaround time of 1226 minutes.”

I’m not sure if it’s just super slow or if there’s a problem? It would be great if someone could have a look and let us know so we can update the users who are still in the queue and not yet started processing since yesterday.

Did this resolve? I see the queue empty. When running some of the newer data, I have seen other ID jobs going through the system, but I haven’t investigated who kicked them off.

Hi @jason - I thought you were on vacation?? Jeez. Yes, I think it’s resolved. The user ended up deleting that batch and re-uploading and the 2nd batch has processed completely. Other bulk imports also seem good. So I’d say this is resolved now.
