Looking at various bulk imports, I can see that identification has been run but the status on the list of imports shows only detection and the status at the top of each bulk import details screen shows as detection complete, no identification status shows, other than in the Match results by class column, which shows each annotation as completed ID.

There are other examples in the list of bulk imports from different users. This seems to have just started happening about a week ago.

This can happen if a user goes in and kicks off identification one at a time from the encounter instead of letting the bulk import process normally.
While looking into this specific import, these all appear to have gone through the fast lane meant for individual encounters instead of the slow lane meant for bulk imports. Going forward, we recommend letting bulk import go through normally. Forcing bulk imports through the fast lane actually backs up jobs for other users which creates even longer overall waiting times than if they were left to process in their respectively assigned lanes.
