Identification issue for a Flukebook bulk import

What happened?
I can’t send my “excelbulkimport52024Ks.xlsx” for identification, even though I have manually completed the detection phase.

What did you expect to happen?
I expected Flukebook to automatically offer to send the Bulk import for identification

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
May be to force flukebook to enter identification mode

Hi @Anastasia , did you found a solution for this identificatin issue ? This Bulk import is still blocked with no name in the “IA?” column cell.

Unfortunately, not yet. Since there’s only 26 encounters with images, if this is time-sensitive, it may be faster for you to manually start the match from the encounter page while we keep working on this

Thanks for your patience. It looks like there was an issue with our image analysis pipeline. We’ve fixed the issue and I’ve verified that this bulk import for excelbulkimport52024Ks.xlsx is now queued for identification.
