What happened?
I did bulk upload on April 24 and it has not finished identification.

What did you expect to happen?
To have completed identification.

Thanks for letting us know. I just retried identification on this sighting and it completed normally. Can you email the spreadsheet for this bulk import to services@wildme.org so we can try to resend the remaining sightings in this upload to identification?

We restarted the queue in Zebra Codex and it should be working through any incomplete jobs now.

Checking in to let you know we’re still working on this. It looks like even after the restart, the job in your sample sighting is still getting stuck at 50% and 60%. I hope to have an update soon.
