Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

When looking at the list of individuals, some are showing up as multiple individuals with the same name. I can’t find a way to merge them, as they are recognized as the same individual in the encounters, but not when clicking on them from the individual search.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

You’ll want to manually merge the duplicate individual records using the guidance in our Merging FAQ.

What I suspect happened is that when you searched for an existing individual to assign the ID to, it prompted you to create a new ID for it instead of displaying the existing individual’s ID.
