Hi @Marine_Ingwe

Do you have example links I can look at? This typically happens if you’re trying to inspect matches that were run a long time ago (like months or years). When the cache expires, the inspection images become unavailable unless a new match is run.

Hi Anastasia,

If you check this example, the inspect button does not work for images dated from February 2025, October and April 2023 but it works on an image dated in January 2022 or July 2023. It does not seem to be any logic.

Thanks for the example! Feel free to post any others that you come across while I look into this.

Thank you!

It happens on every single of my matches so if you open any of them, you will see the same error.

Thank you. I will keep working on this today.

Quick update: this has been escalated to the machine learning team as this appears to be an issue with WBIA. Thanks for your patience.

All fixed! Here’s your updated results page: Wildbook for African Carnivores | AI-Driven Wildlife Identification

The renders directory had filled up and after some maintenance, inspection images are consistently available again.

Thank you Anastasia!
