when starting a match page is stuck on ‘attempting to fetch results’
IoT is slowly getting through a large number of jobs right now. As soon as the queue begins to clear, you should be able to see your match results. I don’t have an estimate for when the bulk of the jobs are set to complete.
As a reminder, I posted a call to the Community this week for IoT users to help us train our MiewID algorithm for addition in IoT; in large part because HotSpotter performs much more slowly by comparison and MiewID can complete jobs 10x faster by comparison. If this sounds like something you’re able to help us out with, let me know so we can help get IoT performing to its full potential.
It looks like the match completed and you can review match candidates on this encounter now. I’m resolving this as the delay was a result of the long queue times and the queues are empty now.
