Our servers are currently down right now, but once they’re available again it would be helpful if you could link to some example encounters where you’re having trouble with annotations and matches so I can look into this.

I’ve restarted the matches on these in case the server restart prevented the original results from appearing. Let me know if the match results still won’t display after the jobs have completed.
It looks like there was an issue with IoT thinking a machine learning model was missing. We’ve restarted those failed jobs (about 220 of them) and hopefully this gets matches working again.
