Is ACW or WBIA down again?

Just trying to open encounters, add manual annotations in ACW and each page or page refresh is taking minutes. Is the system down?

I was able to load encounters right away and add manual annotations without having to wait longer than usual. If only ACW is being slow right now, you might want to try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and see if that helps it load faster.
