Hello, good morning.
We have been experiencing some difficulties with detection and identification, as the platform is taking longer than expected to process. Despite working with a high-speed internet connection, the issue persists.
Additionally, during the comparison process —which is also taking quite some time— we have encountered errors such as “error initiating IA job”.

We appreciate your support in helping us resolve this situation.
